1. Appointments e Cancellations

  • Appointments: We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying other clients.
  • Cancellations/No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Gratuities are appreciated in cash.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for nail art, special designs, or extra services.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are not satisfied, please let us know within 3 days so we can address any concerns..

3. Health & Safety

  • Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and sterilization practices for all tools and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
  • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your appointment. For the health and safety of all clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if contagious conditions (e.g., fungal infections) are present.
  • Children & Guests: For safety reasons, children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times. Space is limited, so we kindly ask that only those receiving services remain in the service area.
  • 4. Service Guarantee

  • Repairs: If your nail service chips or breaks within 5 days, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us promptly to schedule a fix.
  • Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments.
  • 5. Personal Belongings

  • Liability: Owensound IK Nails is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables secure during your visit.
  • 6. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Promotions: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless specified.
